CANCELLATION POLICY

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a charge of 20% of the selected service and forfeiture of the deposit. If you are 15 minutes late to your appointment without prior notice, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited.
